The Voice Ball Protocol was developed and designed to fill a gap in voice therapy and how we teach breath support techniques. It bridges the art of voice and the science of breath. It discusses basic anatomy to help understand the physiology of how voice and breath coordinate. This allows the practitioner to provide healthy, effective and efficient feedback that ensures fast learning and smooth carryover of skills. It is for every type of voice client from singers and actors to the aging and elderly. The exercises are physical in nature and modifications are explained for those that cannot or should not perform comfortably. It is not a scientific journal that imparts empirical data but a practical handbook for novice voice professionals on providing critical effective feedback to every voice client.
