About The Master Key System - Journal Tracker - Full 24

The Master Key System is a personal development book by Charles F. Haanel (1866–1949) that was originally published as a 24-week correspondence course in 1912, and then in book form in 1916. Each chapter ends with an exercise that the reader is encouraged to undertake every day for the following 4–7 days. The exercises are meditations that require the reader to first sit comfortably in a chair. This Master Key Meditation Tracking Journal contains the exercises for 24 chapters to conveniently help you stay on track with your meditation practice no matter where you are. As you progress through each chapter you will get the most out of each lesson by measuring and documenting your progress directly in the journal. At a minimum, it is recommended that you complete steps 1 and 2 each day throughout this course, but if you want exceptional results then go ahead and combine steps 3 and 4 as well. 1. Reading (15-30 Minutes) Before you begin the meditation, it is recommended that you re-read the chapter each day, and then proceed. Reading is extremely important for all people. It is a way we feed our brain what it needs to be happy. It is known that some of the most famous and successful people in the world (ie. Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, and more) spend about 80% of their working day reading and learning new information. 2. Meditation (15-30 Minutes) Once you have read the chapter and taken the time to understand the lesson, it is time to do the hard work and practice. Read the directions to the meditation for each lesson and perform it as described for 15-30 minutes. 3. Journaling (15-30 Minutes) Now that the mind is focused, take the next 15-30 minutes to write freely. This can be free writing about random things or structured writing, it doesn’t matter. Sometimes it is simply helpful to empty out your thoughts on paper so that you have room during the day to learn and retain new things. It can be a way of doing mental house cleaning! 4. Exercising (10-30 minutes) Exercising might mean going for a morning run before the sun wakes you, or doing some yoga. It doesn’t have to be anything rigorous, but some kind of activity is good. Remember: The Key to Success is consistency. Stay consistent with your practice and observe the results. Best of luck with your transformation as the law of attraction begins to work for you!
