About JESSEM Mast-R-Lift II Included Router Table System

This router table package features JessEm's Mast-R-Lift II, which gives you above-the-table access to your router for eaiser adjustments and bit changes (no more bent wrenches!) and fits most fixed base routers currently on the market, right out of the box. The Mast-R-Lift II features 5 double sealed bearings, ensuring smooth operation with even the heaviest of routers, and JessEm's patented tensioning mechanism to remove backlash and vibration. It also features a dedicated locking mechanism for heavy duty, long term routing operations. JessEm's Mast-R-Top router table is made from Phenolic, one of the strongest, most durable work surface materials available. The table top is 3/4-in. thick and will not warp, sag, swell or corrode. It is pre-machined to fit the Mast-R-Lift II and the Mast-R-Fence III, and features an extruded aluminum track with a t-slot for standard 1/4-in. hex head bolts or hex nuts and a standard 3/4-in. miter slot. The Mast-R-Fence III is constructed of 6061 aluminum and features a dual track fastening system with adjustable scales that can be set for a zero-reference and fast, repeatable set-ups. It also features tool-free sub-fence face adjustment, a dust port, and JessEm's unique fence face shimming bars. The final piece of this great package is JessEm's router table stand, which features tubular steel legs, flanged steel cross braces, and black powder coated for durability. This package includes all necessary installation hardware, adjustment tools, and 3 insert rings (1-3/8 in., 2 in, and 2-1/2 in.).
