Step 1: Set drill to reverse and use a slow speed at all times Step 2: Start with the drill bit/burnishing tip and drill down to create a hole Step 3: Switch the bit to the extraction tip. Using constant downward pressure on the screw and a slow speed the extraction tip will bite into the screw and extract the damaged screw. TIPS: *Metal shavings are created during burnishing-remove any debris before extraction *If extractor threads don’t bite into the screw head switch back to the burnisher and clean out more of the screw head or switch to the next largest bit size and start again with Step 2 *Operation or in the vicinity of electric tools, please wear glasses boxes and protective clothing.
