About Wahl 101-6-215C Kapton Mini Six-Position
Irreversible Temperature Sensitive Labels from Wahl Instruments, Inc. This Mini Six size is smaller than our standard label, and has six "positions" - perfect when our four position Temp-Plates provide too few recording positions. Each position turns permanently and irreversibly black when the indicated temperature is reached, creating a permanent record of overheat. Response time is less than 1 second when measured in water. Pressure sensitive adhesive backing is rated to 500°F on smooth, clean, dry surfaces. The amber colored Kapton material is designed to withstand exposure to high heat in demanding applications. When properly installed, labels are resistant to solvents, fuels, grease, oil, water, and steam. Wahl Temp-Plates have a two year minimum shelf life when stored in their original container at an ambient temperature of 60 to 80°F and a relative humidity of 50%. NIST Traceable labels have a lot code in the back of each box; accuracy calibration records are on file at Wahl. Rectangular Label is .38" High x 1.16" Wide x .013" Thick (10mm High x 38mm Wide x .330mm Thick). One Year Warranty. Sold in recloseable boxes of 10 labels. Made in the USA.
