About Octo K-Type Thermocouple Breakout Board MAX31855
This board can read the temperature of eight K-type thermocouples. It takes 0.125 seconds to measure the temperature on each thermocouple, allowing all 8 to be read in 1 second. Readings are taken by setting T0, T1, and T2 to the correct value for a given thermocouple, waiting 0.125 seconds, and taking a measurement from the MAX31855KASA+ IC. See the back of the board for the correct values of T0, T1, and T2. The board can measure temperatures from -270°C (-454°F) to +1350°C (2462°F) in 0.25°C increments. The included thermocouple can measure temperatures from -50°C (-58°F) to 700°C (1292°F). On the thermocouple, the red wire is positive and the green wire is negative. If the temperature goes down when you expect it to go up (or vice versa), just switch the two wires! The board measures 2.0" x 1.6" (50mm x 40mm).
