When a number of Homeless Veterans in Las Vegas are kidnapped by a Military Contractor and put into a drug-induced coma, the Colonel leading the Black-Ops Lazarus Project coerces an unsuspecting,brilliant Doctor into using his special neurological technology to try and transfer the memory,skills and visions of an injured warrior, close to death, into the brain of one of the Veterans.The first attempt fails, the Doctor is devastated and wants out until his son, returning on leave to spend Thanksgiving with his father, is involved in a deadly car accident in Las Vegas. The Doctor, stricken with grief, then tries to transfer his dying son's memory, skills and visions into the brain of the same Veteran used in the first failed attempt,Amazingly, he succeeds, as his son dies, all without the furious Military Contractor knowing. He then realizes that his re-incarnated son in the body of the Veteran, is now the target of different groups of bad guys and to try to save him from being exploited as a freak, he enlists the help of family friends Jake and Sarah Harrigan and their top security firm.In a deadly, hair-raising cat and mouse chase, Jake and Sarah desperately try to save the Doctor's son, rescue the comatose veterans and bring the Military Contractor and their paymasters in the Pentagon to justice.
