About Scully Scully Mark IV Flow Valve
The "Sculmatic" allows you to control pumping speed from your nozzle. With this system the truck engine is left idling until the driver opens the nozzle to begin delivery. The initial flow or idling pumping rate operates the Mark IV which triggers the throttle actuator to increase engine speed to preset pumping rate.
