SIMPLE APPLICATION - Just use a standard paint roller or spray equipment to quickly and easily waterproof your skylights while still allowing natural light into the building. Apply Silicone Skylight Sealer in one pass, wait 4 hours while the skylight sealer cures, and then coat the field of the roof. Average application rate is 1 gallon per 45 square feet over skylights, 1 gallon per 55 square feet over regular roof surfaces.

About 100% Silicone Skylight Coating
Allow natural light into your building and keep the roof top safe and watertight with our Translucent Skylight Coating. This 100% Silicone Translucent Skylight Coating provides long-term protection thanks to its silicone formulation: it resists weathering, aging, oxidation, wind-driven sand, rain and snow, the effects of ozone, ultraviolet radiation and the temperature extremes typically found on roofs. Its silicone properties also give this rooftop skylight coating great elongation and tensile strength, meaning it can flex and stretch as the building moves. With its high solids content and absence of hydrocarbon solvents, our 100% Silicone Translucent Skylight Coating can be applied in excess of 40 mils in a single coat without blistering, while maintaining maximum adhesion. No primer is required. This skylight coating can be used with our 100% Silicone Roof Coatings to waterproof the entire roof surface, or can be used as a standalone product to extend the life of skylights while improving their waterproofing performance.
