Note: If you will use this cable on your LIFX LED strips or LIFX Z LED strips, please refer to the reviews from previous customers who also used this kind of cable on their LIFX/ LIFX Z LED strips: 1. Works with LIFX light strip! (almost, but I'm still very happy) Since LIFX doesn't sell extenders, I needed an extender to span under the microwave. YES...these extenders work with LIFX but the connections are loose. No big deal because I used tape to hold the connections together and now I have nice lighting under my kitchen cabinets. 2. LIFX- IT WORKS! Like some reviews say, it has a loose fit to the connections. More so the LIFX male end to the extension female end. I was able to resolve this by taking a sharp xacto knife and removing the little bit of a recession the extension has. You do have to manipulate the male sides just a small bit due to the spacing of the LIFX connectors but we’re talking fractions of a millimeter. Basically just starting to plug it in at an angle and it’ll guide it in. No manual bending required. 1M is about as far as it’ll let you go without a delay in motion or change in color temperature. 3. They work with Lifx Z light strips! You will have to bend the pin slightly and line the arrows up to work. 4. There is a little wiggle at the connection to my LIFX Z LED strip, but nothing that can be fixed with a little electrical tape. Special Fetures: This extension cable contains 4 strands of tin-plated pure copper wires inside. Pure copper wires electroplated with tin can prevent oxidation. This guarantees a longer service life.
