Philips Circline Fluorescent 22-Watt T9 bright white light bulb ideal for use in kitchens and bathrooms, or anywhere in your home where a bright white light is desired. All fluorescent lamps need a small amount of mercury to operate efficiently and Philips has been working hard to reduce the mercury levels.
