This version of Dobbs, Hayden and Bublick's Torts and Compensation is newly streamlined for professors who teach a four-unit course or who want to cover fewer pages per day, yet retain complete coverage. This edition tracks the standard edition, but cuts an additional 300 pages by removing some cases and notes and occasionally trimming a case to a shorter format. This edition also omits chapters concerning defamation, fraud, and other economic and dignitary torts, as well as some material concerning alternatives to Tort law.
