Switch Between 3 Devices: Our bluetooth trackpad can connect to three different devices simultaneously via three Bluetooth channels. Simply press the mode switch button to effortlessly switch between devices. (Only supports Bluetooth connection, does not include a 2.4G receiver, and cannot support 2.4G connection)

Tips: 1. If the Bluetooth connection is not working properly, tun off and tum on the touchpad again to restart the device's Bluetooth and attempt to reconnect. Or delete the extra Bluetooth option name in the Bluetooth connection list of the device and reconnect. 2. To switch to a successfully connected channel, press the channel button and wait for 3 seconds before continuing to use. 3. The touchpad has a memory function. When it connected on a specific channel, turm offthe touchpad and turn on again, they will automatically connect to the default channel and this channel indicator is on

Low battery can affect the touchpad's performance. ● Delete the touchpad's Bluetooth connection on the computer, restart the touchpad, and re-pair to connect via Bluetooth. ●Delete any unnecessary Bluetooth connections on the computer and Restart the computer. ● Confirm if the device has built-in Bluetooth; extermal dongles may not be compatible. ● If the issue persists, try connecting the touchpad to another device to determine ● if the problem is specific to your current device.
