Next swing the locking lever to prevent the push mower from rolling back and forth. You now have the option to add a pad lock (not included) to lock secure the mower to deter from being stolen. Fits up to a 9” x 2 .75 Wide commercial push mower tire and can also be adjusted to fit a smaller 5 – ¾” push mower tire. Patent Pending
