Megadolls are paper dolls that have a unique, patented clothing system. Traditionally, paper dolls were only printed on the front with a blank back. Their clothes and accessories were attached to them with small tabs folded over in certain places.

Megadolls are printed on the front and back. The clothes also have a front and back – making them slightly more similar to 3-dimensional dolls. Instead of the traditional tabs, Megadolls clothing slips over the doll's head and stays put during play.
