About 11 Yard Roll Of 1/2" Wide Spiral Carbon Steel
Roll of continuous carbon steel wire spiral boning. 1/2" (12mm) wide. 10.94 yards long (10 meters). Use with End Caps for spiral steel corset boning. Safe to dry clean. Made in China. Corset-makers rely on steel boning for well-made corsets. The spiral design of this boning allows it to bend and flex in all directions while still giving strong support, so it's perfect for seams that curve. The 1/4" width is a very popular choice for corsets of all kinds, from offering light support all the way up to waist training and tightlacing corsets. Boning is always placed between two or more layers of fabric, either set into a bone casing, or between a top-stitched seam allowance and the outer fabric.
