About Kenya Lenana AA Green Unroasted Coffee Beans
This Kenya Lenana Grade AA has a very nice profile in a wide roasting range. We prefer from City through Dark. Also makes a great multi-roast-level, as we do when we roast it as a "Harlequin"(TM) Roast. Exceptional pride went into drying and sorting these beans. Many Kenyan coffees have an overwhelming acidity and lemon citrus profile, making them poor candidates for espresso or light roasts, but we selected this Lenana specifically for its milder acidity and lighter citrus notes.
