About Crown Of Thorns Shenot Gourd Seeds
The Crown of Thornes Shenot Gourd is a very eye catching gourd as it has a unique shape. This is a conversation starter for your garden. Great for Fall Decoration! Plant 3-4 seeds .5 inches deep per cell or every 36-48 inches in garden in loamy, well-drained soil in full sun. Seeds germinate in 4-10 days and thin to 1 plant before transplanting. Gourds perform best when grown on 8-10 inch tall mounds to best accommodate long, trailing vines. 125 Days. Cucurbita pepo. Open Pollinated, Non-GMO. Found in nearly every ornamental and seasonal gourd mix, the Shenot Crown of Thorns is one of the most recognizable decorative winter gourds. Gets its name from the shear image of it looking like a crown.
