• If you are upgrading your Garmin NAV V/VI to a Garmin Zumo XT or XT2 GPS this locking adapter will solve your problem and allow you to mount and lock the Zumo XT or XT2 in the same place as your BMW Garmin NAV V/VI.

• The kit contains spacers to retrofit the Zumo XT or XT2 to the factory NAV base restoring the factory lock and retaining the factory appearance, preventing the need for aftermarket mounts on your handle bars.

• You need to have a BMW NAV base as shown in the pictures and have a Garmin Zumo XT or XT2 to use this adapter. This adapter will only work for that configuration and used with the Zumo XT or XT2 Nav base that is included with the purchase of the Zumo XT or XT2 The BMW NAV holder shown in the picture DOES NOT come with the purchase of the adapter kit. Pictures shows adpater installed in the BMW NAV holder with a ZUMO XT GPS mount,

• After installation the Zumo XT or XT2 only sticks out an additional ½ inch towards the rider allowing full view of the instrument cluster.

• As long as you have a few basic tools, the kit contains everything to mount a Zumo XT or XT2 in place of your NAV V/VI without the need for a trip to the dealership or hardware store.

• The kit contains everything you will need to make the conversion. The entire process takes less than 30 minutes.
