After research and testing by our engineers, We have found that some of the switch bases use a different chip solution. Some of the dock's chip will briefly power off on a standby basis and then will continue to supply power, which is the reason why our switcher received a signal from the dock to repower so it can't enter sleep mode. When you encounter this problem, the switcher use usb charger power supply alone, not from the switch dock, so that the power does not need to go through the dock
