About Blue Soul

Review This Album Rocks! With great vocals {like Plant} and ripping guitars all together with great song writing and great rythmn. -- Musichead Magazine, July 1, 2001 Product Description Tom Shaw has been playing in rock bands since the late 70's. Tom started singing at age 4 with his parents singing to old 50's and 60's songs. Began singing in bands at age 16 when he nailed 'Dazed and Confused' at a jam session. Tom is well known for his ala Robert Plant vocals in northeast Pennsylvania and northwest New Jersey where he performs regularly. Tom played in progressive rock bands, 'Occult Science', 'Lost at the Fair' and '4 Piece' in the late 70's to mid 80's. Went solo in 1986 playing pop music. In 1994 formed a rock band called Blue Soul to back his talents of high range vocals and high energy rock performance. The Blue Soul album captures the energy of what Tom projects live and in the studio. About the Artist Tom Shaw played in progressive rock bands "Occult Science", "Lost at the Fair" and 4 Piece in the late 70's to mid 80's in New York City, Long Island and New Jersey.
