Den mother Phyllis Nefler (Shelley Long) is not your typical Girl Scout troop leader! This hat is an original accessory worn by Long in "Troop Beverly Hills" (1989). The black felt hat has a large green bow and band on one side. An interior label reads, "HARRY ROTZ." The hat is good condition, with minor fading at the top. The bow is loose at the left side.
