About Weekly To Daily Productivity Task And To Do List

This is a weekly to daily productivity task and to do list notebook. It can also be used as a project notebook. How to use this book: There are 13 pages per "weekly" or "project" section. Use the brain dump pages at the start of each week (this is undated) to list all the things that you want to accomplish during the week. These Weekly or Project Brain Dump Pages offer: A space for writing in the dates of the week or the project name. 15 numbered to-do or task lines. Each task line has an empty check box and the line to write in the task or to do item. Each task line also offers a space to add a project code if you have one. Following the task or to do line there is a box to assign a due date Following the due date box there is a second box to write in the page number of the carry over daily page At the end of each line is a note page box and daily carry page box to refer to a page(s) that you have a follow up or note about this specific task. Once you've completed your brain dump page for the week or project, you can move on to the Daily Carry Over Pages (5 per week). These pages are meant to transfer over items from the brain dump page that did not get completed on the 1st day. These pages are also for adding to your original brain dump items as you take in more items and tasks. Between daily pages and at the end of each section, there are Note Block Pages and Full Blank Pages. These are meant to function as a place to write more substantial notes or sketches for any item you have on your brain dump pages or carry over pages. The 5 note block pages and 2 full blank pages also have an interior box to reference the original task location page(s). All the pages are pre-numbered so that you can easily reference any notes in the notebook but also in other project documents and notebooks you may have (such as client or customer folders, class folders, and project notebooks). The table of contents is also customizable so that you can date each section of your notebook. This style of listing and notetaking can be helpful in simplifying the things you need to get done, prioritizing, planning, organizing, tracking, being more efficient and more productive. Its great for students, parents (moms & dads), professionals and creatives.
