About Garlock PA0082 ONE-UP PTFE And Neoprene Rubber
GARLOCK ONE-UP 1-piece pump diaphragms contain high performance PTFE GORE sheet bonded to fabric reinforced rubber. The patented radial and concentric ribs allow the diaphragm to flex and move without creating crease points. These diaphragms are durable, versatile and the best diaphragm choice for abrasive applications. Lasting on average 3.5 times longer than competitive diaphragms, this diaphragm provides lower maintenance costs, improved safety and the confidence that your equipment will keep on running. ONE-UP diaphragms provide a dramatic improvement in service life and are considerably stronger, with greater flex life. Excellent chemical resistance makes GARLOCK ONE-UP Pump Diaphragms extremely versatile. They are suitable for use with most chemicals and in elevated temperatures and pressures, and are ideally suited for general-service pumps that are used for a variety of pumping tasks. PA0082 fits the following pumps : Flotronic Series 1" thru 2" Pump Models: 300, 500, 710, 900 ONE-UP diaphragms are used extensively where corrosive and abrasive media need to be reliably pumped. Common industries using this product are the chemical, ceramic, paint, petrochemical, food/pharma, paper, electro-plating, mining and many other industries.
