Designed for evaporating excess solvents in the laboratory, but is an excellent addition to any kitchen for measuring, mixing or storing ingredients. Basin measures 3.4" tall, with a base diameter of 2.3" and a top diameter of 5.9". Autoclavable, with superior chemical durability. Low temperature gradient- can withstand high temperatures & thermal shocks. Eisco Labs Borosilicate glass has the following heat tolerances: Strain Point -515°C | Annealing Point 565°C | Softening Point 820°C.
