Other convenient features include a slow cooker function for stews and soups as well as a porridge function for risottos or rice porridge.Variety of Computerized SettingsThere are 10 computerized cooking menu settings to choose from. You can select plain or quick button to cook white rice. The Quick mode will cook rice at the shortest time. The Synchro-Cooking function will cook rice and side dish together, using the included BPA free ‘tacook’ cooking plate. Other options include porridge, mixed rice, sweet rice, brown rice, multi-grain rice, slow cooking, and steam cooking.Micom TechnologyThis technology allows the rice cooker and warmer to be controlled by a microcomputer chip that is inserted inside the rice cooker. The Micom chip is programmed with all the menu setting and functions and it adjusts the power and cooking time according to your choice.
